Orchard Pickers Cottage

If you prefer more privacy, the Orchard Pickers Cottage is nestled in a corner of the Iffin Farmhouse gardens and provides comfortable accommodation for one or two people. It is a small eco-built cabin refurbished on the site of the original Orchard Pickers Cottage and includes the original fireplace with a wood-burning stove. It includes a wet-room with shower and a kitchenette, with all the cooking facilities you would require. The cottage is perfect if you want to unwind after a business meeting or conference or just require time to reflect and relax with no interruptions. Free wi-fi can be accessed in the farmhouse and a laundry service is available.

If you would rather not cook, a continental or Full English breakfast is offered at £4.50 per person (please order the night before at the Farmhouse or text on 07545824567) and an evening meal is available on request for £19.70 per person. Picnic hampers filled with local Kentish produce can also be provided if booked in advance.

Self catering prices for the cottage are from £97 per night and although we know you’ll want to stay longer, one night stays are available. Please enquire for weekly rates or longer

Deposits

A deposit of £25 per night, is required to guarantee a reservation. Fourteen day notice of cancellation is required for refund minus £5 administration fee per room. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival the deposit will not be refunded. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of day of booking then the fulll amount of the first night stay can be taken.

How To Pay Your Deposit and Balance

We are happy to accept Debit Card, Visa, Mastercard or electronic transfer of funds for payment of the deposit and the balance. Where possible we prefer payment by debit card. We do take  American Express but regret we have to charge an additional 10% of the total cost for administration purposes.

Check In and Departure Times

Check in is between 4 & 6 and we ask that guests vacate their rooms by 10.30 on day of departure. If you will be arriving before 4 or after 6 please let us know so that we can arrange our day accordingly.
